This page explains how to delete your GullyDrop account and data, what is deleted, and what is retained. The developer can be reached at raxyshan3@gmail.com.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)
- Open GullyDrop and sign in.
- Tap the person icon on Home to open your Account.
- Tap Delete account, enter your password, and confirm.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
Email raxyshan3@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject "GullyDrop account deletion request." We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
What data is deleted
- Your sign-in account (email and authentication credentials).
- Your profile record (name, email, profile photo and saved address).
- Your cart.
- Your order history, including delivery addresses.
- Any Support Local points history from earlier versions of the app.
What data is retained
We do not keep personal data tied to your account after deletion, except where a short retention period is required by law. Anonymised statistics that cannot identify you may be retained.
The public catalogue of vendors and products is not personal data and is not affected. Account deletion cannot be undone.
